This was a factory welding issue, it rusted and leaked because the weld didn't overlap and left a dimple - exactly where it rusted. Funny that the emission system and body is covered but not the fuel system? Very loyal Ford owner, all I have really ever owned and I have had fabulous service from them but I do look after them very well.
