The contact owns a 2004 Ford Taurus. Contact stated that the rear passenger side seat belt had become stuck and the contact was unable to pull the seat belt out from its housing. The failure would recur intermittently and the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic on two different occasions where the technician repaired the failure. The failure recurred a third time and was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 93,000.
