2009 this exact same problem was repaired by a Ford dealer. Problem was / is identical. Fuel module MELTED inside gas tank. Only two years warranty.
Once again 2014 same problem same part same complaint. Reported to Ford corporate HQ and case # registered. If a module MELTS in a volatile gas tank, imagine the results of such. Goggled and found various people with similar issues. This is a MAJOR safety issue and should be a recall.
Addition complaint will be listed separate in a new complaint on same vehicle
