Vehicle was involved in a single car collision where it rolled into a ditch, then struck a concrete "culvert" head-on. Upon impact, none of the air bags deployed.
We were traveling northbound in I-25 at las vegas, nm. A vehicle traveling the opposite had lost control, passed the median, and disabled at the right lane we were traveling. It was raining hard and I did not have the chance to avoid it. I had slammed my brakes, skidded and hit the disabled vehicle. The damage in my vehicle was more on the passenger side. Both front airbags did not deploy. At the towing company, they tried to start it and noticed airbag light camed on and flashing. It seems airbags activated after the impact but did not deploy.
While driving 65 mph vehicle hit water/slid, and vehicle then veered to right into ditch, and hit a concrete culvert head on. Neither airbag deployed, consumer suffered minor injuries. Vehicle was totalled. Consuemrs wife lost a piece of her index finger. Consumer feels the driver side air bag should have deployed.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 40 mph, and neither air bag deployed. Dealer and manufacturer were not notified at this time. Feel free to provide any further information.
Consumer states vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 35-40 mph and neither air bag deployed. Nlm the vehicle was totalled. The seat belt failed to restrain the driver from hitting the steering wheel during the accident. The driver was injured.

Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of approxmately 45-50 mph in which the air bags did not deploy. Dealer and manufacturer were notified. There was one injury.
Tires hydroplaned causing car to become uncontrollable and spinning the car head into a guardrail, where the airbags (drivers and passengers) failed to deploy. (tiresize: P215/60R16)
While driving at about 20 mph and pulling out of a parking lot consumer's vehicle rear ended another vehicle. Upon impact, air bags failed to deploy. Consumer felt that airbags should have deployed.
While driving at 35 mph consumer's vehicle was hit head-on by another vehicle traveling at an unknown speed. Both frontal air bags in consumer's vehicle failed to deploy. No determination has been made for the reason of failure. Driver experienced severe bruises, and was having difficulty breathing. She was hospitalized. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
