Consumer noticed anti freeze in driveway. Upon further inspection noticed a crack in the fuel tank. When the part was ordered through the dealership consumer was informed that this was a common failure part.
Gas gauge showed an eighth of tank with fuel. However, gas gauge light came on the dashboard, showing tank was low in gas. Ten seconds later, vehicle stopped. Manual indicated that tank held 16 gallons of fuel. Consumer indicated that tank held only 14.4 gallons of fuel.
