When applying brakes at slow speed there is a grinding sound and the pedal goeds to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance. Dealer has replaced rotors, but could not find a problem. Rotor replacement did not remedy the problem.
There were two incidents where while driving at low speed (10mph) ABS light turned on and engine made very strong noise. After stopping and moving to neutral in order to turn off the engine, the engine made even a louder squeaking noise. After turning off the engine and restarting the car all went back to normal. This happened twice over the last month and concerns me about what would happen if I were driving in on highway at a higher speed. The dealer tried to look at the problem, but did not identify it and does not know the source of the problem.
While driving at 15mph in traffic brakes went out and consumer hit another vehicle. Contacted dealer, and dealer stated brakes were bad and had to be repaired.
