Climate control would only blow out heated air no matter what temperature was selected. Required a reset of the climate control computer chip.

i thought this was a site that would answer my question. At any rate, my a/c and heater both blow max heat no matter what setting i use, i.e. max air or some temperature setting. the only complaints i see are no heat. mine is the exact opposite. I'm looking for a cause and repair solution. thanks.
