4 of the original tires have had tread separation over the last 2 years. I still have three of the tires, the fourth was kept by a Ford dealer who helped me out after the first failure. We have been lucky since we found the problems before blowouts happened. (dot number: M3pa998X tiresize: 205/65R15)
PE00020; original equipment on Ford, Taurus 1995, 205/65R15. Both front tires' tread separated, not at the same time.consumer almost lost control of vehicle. Also, belts had separated, and there was a big bubble. A few weeks later, same thing happened with other tire. These were the two front tires.
PE00 020; consumer was traveling about 50mph on highway and heard a nois. Vehicle started to vibrate, and left rear tire tread separated. Lost control of vehicle. But, she was able to steer vehicle to the shoulder. Tire was still inflated. Firestone, P205/65R15925M/F #dot hyurf6A-336.
