Complaints in online forums appears this problem is is common on 2019-2021 models. Climate Control Module is the source of the problem and requires the dash to be removed. My truck is currently in the shop at this time. Updates to follow.
Update from Apr 10, 2022: After a two weeks with 10 days of just sitting on their lot I picked my truck up. Everything looks and feels good, even the floor heat which has always been dismal is much improved.
My ticket says they replaced the Heater Assy #KB3Z - 18478 - B which looks like the climate control modules is mounted on. They could offer no more info and I couldn’t speak to the tech.
