I took it to three body shops for estimates to repaint and each one said they have never seen something like it before. First noticed it 2 years ago and it has spread over half the top door frame and third of the way down the frame now. Ford must not have been paying attention when they painted that door. Lowest estimate was a grand so I will fix it myself.
