First, my transmission wouldn't shift (dealership quoted me $1400 to fix). Then the drivers side front wheel bearing and hub went. I brought it to the dealership and they covered the cost, saying it was under warranty. While they were doing the work, they broke my wheel lugs and said that it was due to poor steel for the aftermarket lugs (aftermarket rims), of course they wanted to charge me for this and the total was $800 as they had a lot of labour to replace the posts which the lugs were broken on. Then, I went to drive the truck home and the ABS brakes failed (on the way home from the hub/bearing repair). Of course, I complained, they waived the labour to fix the ABS (which worked fine before bringing in the truck for repairs) but charged me for the parts. Upon fixing the ABS, they broke more lugs and told me that I would have to pay full price for the labour intensive repair to remove the wheel lugs and potentially replace the posts. Might I add that the truck only has 66000 km on it? So at 66000km, the bearing and hub went, the clutch assembly needs to be replaced and the ABS failed. Nevermind the mechanic who broke my wheel lugs. Advice: DONT BUY FORD, if you do: FIND A GOOD MECHANIC. I called Ford head office and they didn't want to help at all. They said this was between me and the dealerships. GREAT SUPPORT FORD HAS FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT. I HATE YOU, FORD! I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT!
