Takata recall -- in January, 2017, I was notified that the airbags in my Ford Ranger have been recalled. The letter states that I will receive notice when replacement airbags are available. It has been 11 months and no one has contacted me regarding replacement. I'm concerned about the risk of injury to myself and passenger should the airbags need to deploy. It seems as if the manufacturer is not taking the recall replacement seriously. Friends are nervous to ride with me. I fear that the inaction will also decrease the truck's value.
