After the 2nd time of the brakes on the front going out in the front of the truck at the exact same mileage, our mechanic took a really close look to find what was causing the problem. After inspecting all parts as he took the brakes apart he found 1 screw that attached the brake pad to the calipers was missing most of its threads to hold everything in the correct place. Should not have happened.
