Can not get truck inspected because of this code. P1537. Code means Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open. Have nothing but problems with this truck. This is an 02' Ranger. Parts Replaced: New engine, 2 clutches, radiator, intake, starter and now this. Keep in mind all repairs have been done by the local ford dealership where i bought the truck. Have something fixed and 2 weeks later something else goes wrong. Sounds strange to me...... Sent a complaint letter to ford but they said "They stand by the work of the dealership and employees of ford do not tamper with repairs." yea right. Can anyone help with this code??? P1537 PLease dont make me go back to the dealership.. I wish someone would just steal the truck from my driveway.
