Consumer was braking for a speed bump when brake pedal went to the floor, when the vehicle wheels hit the speed bump both air bag deployed, as a result the driver lost control of the vehicle and ran into a ditch, and all airbags deployed..
While in motion consume was involved in a head on collision. Consumer sustained injuries(whiplash, back and leg). The air bags did not deploy upon impact. Consumer feels some compensation should be awarded to him.
I was hit by a semi truck who rad a red light on a two way hwy the passenger side was turned off. He hit the passenger side and there was hardly anything left of the front of the truck and he was going over 55 mph and my airbag didn't go off. I notified Ford by email and they were not concerned said there wasnothing was.

During a frontal impact while traveling approximately 30 mph, both frontal air bags failed to deploy. No determination has been made for the cause of this failure. Please provide any additional information / attachments.
Consumer was parking vehicle and slowly rolled into vehicle in front. Upon impact, both airbags deployed and broke consumer's glasses. Dealer refused to replace airbags under warranty. No damage to vehicle.
While traveling at about 35-40 mph consumer was involved in a head-on collision with a Toyota Camry. Air bags did not deploy. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything.
