Vehicle was involved in a bumper collision at 5 or less mph. Upon impact, both air bags deployed and started to burn, causing burns on left inner forearm and wrist areas. Dealer / manufacturer were not contacted at this time.
While driving at 40 mph another vehicle pulled out in front of consumer's vehicle and was rearended. Upon impact, driver's side and passenger's side air bags didn't deploy.
While driving 35 mph had a frontal impact, and T driver's/passenger's air bags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupants in this crash. No prior warning and problems.
Vehicle rear end another vehicle at approx. 20 mph; consumer informed that driver seat belt fail to lock properly, both air bags fail to deployed and ABS fail to operate. Dealer/mfr. Was not notified at this time. Can NHTSA provide addtional information or help in this matter.
While driving about 3 mph left front wheel dropped down into an ice hole, and driver's side and passenger's side air bags deployed. The deployment of the air bag on the passenger's side, caused injuries to passenger's neck. Vehicle has not been repaired.
Vehicle had hydroplaned & hit guardrail at 40mph. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. Driver injured, received broken bones. Father took vehicle to body shop & mechanic noticed no air bag sensors in vehicle. Ford dealer will not touch vehicle due to being at body shop.
