This truck is old and has been through a lot. Now we don't use the tailgate much at all. The one time i want to move some things to the junk yard i should have left the truck there myself. now i understand things get rusty and worn but the funny thing is the tailgate cords look brand new and they snapped out of nowhere. Now ford doesn't make these KITS you so happen to need apparently so i go to my local auto store and pick up new cords. Well they would work great if i could find the correct size tool to take the old ones off. its impossible bought every size they make and none fit. Now i see why i needed a kit they conveniently don't make anymore. so now i can just not fold down my tailgate i can just pull it off. Even more convenient.
