I have 3 of these tires each leaks air around circumference of the sidewall, around where the tread portion mates with it.

Cooper lifeliner classic P20555R15 with only 7,000 miles, after market, tires. One of tires had a cord that separated, and on another tire there was a split on outside wall, causing bubble to protrude out of it. Both tires were replaced at no cost.
