W/ 2.5L, INVESTIGATIONS HAVE PRODUCED UPDATED INFO. TO AID IN DIAGNOSING SPRING NOISE OUTLINED IN TSB 95-03-09. FRICTION SPRING NOISE CAN BE ISOLATED TO THE REAR CYLINDER HEAD DIRECTLY BEHIND THE TIMING COVER W/ A SETHASCOPE. THE TAPPING NOISE MAY START DURING ENGINE WARM UP & DOES NOT HAVE TO OSCILLATE AS INDICATED IN THE TSB.
