The contact owns a 2015 Ford Mustang. While driving approximately 40 mph, the headlights malfunctioned due to moisture build up. Due to the failure, there was reduced visibility. Mike castrucci Ford (1020 oh-28 milford, Ohio 45150) was made aware of the failure and stated that the failure was considered normal by Ford. The manufacturer also stated that the failure was normal and that it would be repaired per a "one-time gesture". the failure mileage was approximately 6,800.
