Ford Service, service Rep., stated he knew the problem, a typewriter noise after oil change. Technical Service Bulletin, #SSM47787. The fix the dealer did or tried was to over fill the engine after oil change and filter. Not once but twice. NO recall. This TSB doesn't include 3.7L V-6 only the V-8.
Is it a bad design or defective part. No root cause, other words false info. Could be timing chain or torque converter flex plate? H.B Ca.
