On several occasions I have tried to use my horn where on the interstate someone was trying to come over in my lane and it did not work, someone on their cell phone merging into my lane and it DID NOT work, to a lady on Tuesday of last week running an light and blocking our turning lane and would NOT move and it did not work as I attempted to blow it. When I got down the street and tried it again, it blew. GO Figure
