My first new car, paid over $40,000 cash plus bought the extended warranty. I have worked for Ford and driven only Ford, never made one claim against warranty. My car is kept inside and well taken car of. For my dealer and Ford not to help me with this issue is very disappointing. At this point I will never buy another Ford or recommend anyone else buy one. The knew they had a problem with these aluminum panels early on. They have several TSBs about this very problem. I use to think Ford was the greatest, but not any more. When I worked for Ford customer satisfaction was number one, but I guess profit is now. SO SAD!
