The throttle actuator control system provides no warning when it suddenly goes from whatever rate of speed you are going down to barely registering on the speedometer. This is very dangerous. Form research on the web Ford has known about this issue on its vehicles for several years. Ford should recall and replace this and provide full refunds to any persons who have had this issue and had to have it repaired.
