My mechanic has NEVER had to replace a water pump on a car w/ 30,000 miles. From the research I've done (after the car was fixed) it sounds like this should be a recall. Come on Ford, step up to the plate.

34000 miles and the water pump went out. Covered under warranty but still had to take some time off work.
