Purchased vehicle on September 3, 2012. Noted A/C was not getting very cold on test drive. Vent temp hovered around 45-48 degrees. Several attempts to fix vehicle including Ford Engineer testing. The salesman and I tested a used 2008 Mustang in the used car department. Vent temp reached 33.6 degrees. The only response from Ford is that this is a different system. A/C systems have contained the same components for many years (compressor, condenser, evaporator etc) but Ford has no solution other than the comment that the system is different. Service writers at the local dealerships advise they are hearing complaints about the new Ford A/C units not performing well. I did report this to this web site before but my complaint is missing.
