Ford has yet to make the parts available and tells me to continue driving a car thsat, by their own admission, could cause serious injury or death. They told me the director of the NHTSA is telling people to go ahead and drive these cars. I have been waiting for the parts for months and don't want to drive my car until the parts are available. Why is Ford being allowed to get by with this. They shoudl either fix our cars or buy them back from us. 9 deaths and 136 serious injuries is terrifying. If they can make new cars with safe air bags to sell at their dealership, why can't theyaren't they being forced to get replacement parts out to the consumers they sold defective cars to. This is outrageous. If I were in an accident, the so-called saftey feature could kill me. We, the consumers, need your assistance to get this matter rectified.
Takata recall - I am being told by my Ford dealership that Ford Motor Company has sent them no parts/airbags at all to replace the recalled ones. I live in Florida (not getting any more humid than that), and it's been almost a year since I received my recall notice (May 2015). I would like someone at Ford Motor Company to send the replacements asap, as none of the dealers are providing loaners, and I drive 80 miles a day!! thank you!!!

Takata recall I am just writing to complain that almost a year after we were first notified that our Mustang was included in this recall that not only has it not yet been rectified but that Ford still cannot give any kind of an eta as to when this might happen. It is unacceptable that my wife puts her life at risk every time she gets behind the wheel of her car and almost a year later they still cannot tell us when they are going to have parts to fix this.

I received a recall notice in July 2014. I have contacted Ford dealership three times. The parts are still not available and no temporary fix is available. My car is dangerous to drive until it is fixed. Action needs to be taken. What can you do to make this happen?
Why is it that new cars have airbags not involved in recall, but those of us driving with the defective airbags cannot get ours replaced? because you are not forcing the auto industry to do it! auto makers would much rather pay out to individual physically maimed or killed per lawsuit, than to pay the millions to replace defective airbags. Shameful on your part!!

There is a recall on airbags and my 2 local dealers are not capable to make the repairs of this very dangerous condition. The dealers are stating that Ford has failed to supply the safe airbag correction which makes Ford's negligence about caring for the consumers a questionable situation. To Ford, .. you have a legal and moral responsibility to your customers!!! jwf 2012 Ford Mustang.

This recall has been in force for months and nobody seems to be doing anything to fix these cars. I am afraid every time I drive my car and I am angry that Ford is not acting on this. I want to be as safe as I can in my car! no accident, but I fear one.
