Since the day I got my car 2 years ago I always complained about my clutch pedal pressure not being right and had to use my foot under it to push it all the way up. Also that I had to sometimes pump it to get it to go into first or second and sometimes it wouldn't go into second and I would have to skip to third. I also kept getting a squeak in he clutch pedal. Every oil change I said something was wrong and they always said it was within spec. Now at the beginning of August I came in for my oil change and complained again and when they looked they said the master cylinder was leaking and had to be replaced. That was a fiasco since they couldn't find the part and took a week to get it for a 3 hour job. They also said it wasn't covered under my 50000/5 drivetrain warranty that it was considered part of my 36000/3 transmission warranty. After I got my car back I have never had the clutch pedal go so smoothly not even on the day I bought it new. I believe the master cylinder came broke and just didn't show enough signs until now and now I am worried about premature clutch wear. I voiced my complaint and how I said something every time I came in which was about 15 times now to only fall on deaf ears. I also did some research and have not found one person who's master cylinder broke within that short of time.

I have been complaining about the clutch in my mustang since i had 3,000 miles on it. It would not always go into 1st and 2nd gear. Tech would drive it and say not problem. I had someone look at this a month ago... No problem! I had to have my car towed on Friday and have been fighting with dealerships and ford to pay for this... NOPE it is not warranty... we do not care it is a brand new car!!! I am stuck with at $1,700 repair bill for a brand new car!! No more fords for me, and i have bought my last 4 cars from Ford!
