Reported brake problem 1 month after I bought the Car, not fixed. Brought the car back 5 times, left with dealer over a month, not fixed.
Understand the system is not giving codes.
Front brakes pulse without cause, (dry, straight, no maneuvering), warning lights come on to serves the brakes, took pictures sent to Ford.
ABS fail lights come on then extinguish after a few minutes. Ford said drive the car to Ford.
Last event left front brake locked while I was in traffic at >60MPH. Just kept enough control of the car to keep from hitting other cars adjacent to me. ABS / brakes pulsated on/off/locking for over 1/4 mile. All caution lights were illuminated, but extinguished after about 3 minutes.
Brought the car to Ford, they could not find a problem and want to release it back to me. I don't think that my insurance will cover me if I knowingly drive the car with a defective brake problem. Ford customer service called (offered me a good deal on buying tires) and said they would get someone on it soon. Waiting.
