I have taken this to Downs Ford in Toms River several times and they refuse to fix the radio. They say they can't replicate the problem even though I gave them Videos of the radio freaking out. The CSM at Ford told me the same thing. She said it could be two things. I asked her to have them change them to see if it fixes the problem. She said they wouldn't do that. It also resets the Sirius to 183 when I use the remote starter they installed. They have tried to tell me the installers had to cut into the harness.. They didn't.. It's plug and play. It's been to the dealer several times for many other issues and this. Very hard to drive at night when the display flashes between the time, temp, station, back and forth.
