Vehicle's transmission becomes unable to upshift or downshift when needed. Difficult shifting during critical periods decelerating to a stop & accelerating after coming to a complete stop. Becomes a hazard on public roads by not being able to keep up with pace of traffic. Shifter may pop out of gear or get stuck into a gear. Frequently needs to be forced into gear.. 1st & reverse with excessive force (2 hands). Problem is with the 2011+ Ford Mustang's with getrag MT82 6-speed manual transmission. Shifting into & out of reverse is also an issue which can increase the amount of time the vehicle continues to roll back uncontrollably in parking lots with children. Biggest issue is 1st gear, reverse, and inoperable 5th gear synchronizers & mechanically unsound input shaft.
