I have replaced the thermostat housing 4 times, and will replace it again for the 5th time this week. Not sure why in the world Ford would use a plastic molded part for such an important job. They have to know these parts are failing and will continue to fail. I paid $35,000 for a car with a plastic part that fails which could lead to a very expensive engine repair. Come on Ford - make this right !
