I love my new Bullitt Mustang but I'm appalled at the fact i paid $2000.00 for a Navigation option that has never worked anywhere as well as my $300.00 Garmin portable. The Navigation system was replaced three times by the dealership and a Ford Engineer have advised me that the Navigation system has a software flaw. I have been advised to await Ford coming out with a software upgrade. The navigation system routinely gives a voicde prompt advising that there is insufficient Mapping Information and I'm to follow the yellow highlited road on the map using "caution" Voice prompts are not given and the yellow line will at times disappear but it will appear again in a short time. Why is Ford putting this $2000.00 faulty navigation system and when customers complain about the system they are only told to be patient and Ford will be working on improving the software. WHAT A LOUSY WAY TO GREAT CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPAULING AT BOTH AT THE DEALERSHIP AND AT FORD MOTOR COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'LL NOT BUY ANOTHER FORD.
