harmonic balancer broke harmonic balancer broke

The harmonic balancer failed requiring it to be replaced. In addition it caused the valve bank to fail along with the timing chain assemblies (right and left). This caused the engine to be inoperable and needing to be repaired for $7500 (parts and labor). This is the cost of a remanufactured engine and labor to install it and make the car drivable again. This is an expense I can't afford for a car that has had so many other problems! See list of other problems with this car that has cost me several thousands of dollars in less than 3 years.

Failed horn unit Failed emissions controls Failed master window switch for drivers side window Failed windshield wiper motor Failed AC compressor Replacement of all spark plug wires and spark plugs Rebuilt transmission (2 times) Seized front lower control arm Leaking oil pan
