Clutch gone out at 25,000 miles of gentle driving. I am 66 years old. I do not hot rod the car and purchased it new at a local Ford Dealer in Roseville, Ca. My first car was purchased from the original owner for $75.00 . It was a 1955 Mercury Montclair convertible and had the original clutch in it at over 120,000 miles and work just fine. My 1966 GTO was used with 20,000 miles when I was second owner. It had a four speed and clutch and never needed a replacement clutch when I sold it with over 90,0000 miles.
Ford should do a recall on the 2007 Shelby's and others with this problem as I feel this was a planned replacement
