I have a 2007 convertible mustang GT with only 26,000 miles. I have had all my service done at the dealership. I noticed the tab on the rear window was dangling (don't know for how long) when I took my car to get the inspection sticker I asked if they could put the tab back on. They told me they would have to replace the top to fix the problem. So they took photos that they submitted to ford. Ford has denied my claim. I am very upset if I have a warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles and this is covered how can they refuse to fix the problem. Am I to carry water in my trunk so I can see to drive??? This is a serious visibility problem. It's not like I am the only person with this problem this has been as issue with the mustangs. Update from Jun 29, 2010: Jordan Ford re- took photos and the claim was denied without even review the new photos. On the photos that were submittedon the first claim the person taking the photos was in the background so it appered there was a chunk missing. ALWAYS ASK TO REVIEW THE PHOTOS BEFORE THEY SEND IN FOR YOUR CLAIM....Jordan Ford did solder the terminal tab on and said I have a year warranty for this...so I took it I just wanted it fixed.
