The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the front driver-??s side seat belt latch to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 61,200.
January 14, 2018 I was involved in a one vehicle accident do to black ice. Upon hitting the ice traveling at 5 miles per hour the vehicle I was drive begin to spin out of control. The vehicle dropped off the side of the road. And came to rest on its top. After coming around because I am postive I was knocked out do to impact I found my seat beat had come unrestrained and I was seating on the ceiling of the vehicle. I was along with 3 passager taking to er. I hurt my back, right leg, hand and neck during the accident. A recent mri of my lower back shows I have to disk protreding and one has compromised the nerve. Will be seeing a neurosurgeon soon to see if I am required to have surgery.

The dealer stated that the driver side seat belt needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 168,000.
