Not sure how it effected the drive ability, but the oil was leaking on top of the valve down the gasket. I didn't notice until I started learning what was what in my engine as I have tons of problems with this 06 Mustang. Did not leak under the car but collected on the valve cover itself. Fixed at Ford service for $519 dollars. Pain...Bad and cheap parts by Ford. NEVER BUY A FORD.
