Previous owner switched up some of the wiring. When I got it the horn wiring was cut right by the grill. I put the wiring I saw back together (one positive wire and one negative) and while I can get a "chirp" when I hit the lock button on the FOB 2Xs, I can not get the horn to work from the steering column. I have repalced the Clock Spring 1X and that handled the aribag sensor that was going off but it did not get the horn to work. I checked the fuses under the hood related to the horn and switched them for fuses I knew were working and no change. Do you have any suggestions on where to look to get this resolved from here?
