The electric windows don't always stop at the normal stopping point when rolling down first thing in the morning. They'll keep going until they make the thud at the bottom of the door. There's supposed to be a calibration method, and this sometimes works, but not for long. Damage hasn't occurred yet, but this problem shouldn't happen. Multiple owners have reported the same issue on other web forums.
