Bought a 2005 Mustang Convertible. Then in April 2007 the top was shifting. The convertible top will not go down all the way, and when the top is up, every time I open the door the window rubs the side of the convert top and is wearing and tearing. I had replaced the original convert top, and now the second convert top is doing the same thing, so this would be the third top from 2005 through 2009. Ford says my extended warranty does not cover it, I know that I read the warranty. They have a bulletin for the tech on this problem, but not a recall. Ford will not help at all with this known problem. If Ford wants loyal customers they better stand by there craftsmanship! Good luck to me on a trade in.
