Consumer was driving approximately 40 mph when heard a loud "pop" noise. The right rear tire blew out at the sidewall. Goodyear Eagle, ls 225/55R16, dot- M6T4bmer0902 22,674 miles on tire, original equipment.
The vehicle stalled while driving. When the consumer attempted to restart the vehicle it stalled again and sometimes does not start at all. The control valve was changed with no codes showing in the system. Before, the mecahnic stated that the problem was due to the weather and the gas.
