The tubing shown on the pictures are brake lines--the tubing was less than 1-inch up on the steel plate, it was snagged and torn apart--it was snagged ona piece of re-bar that holds a concrete guard in place, the lines for the brakes drained so fast the dual braking system did not work
Vehicle experienced brake problems. Replacement had to be made on both front calipers, and brake lines due to fluid leakage. Also a loud rattling sound came from the wheels after repairs were made.
