Seat belt retractor on the driver's seat was not working properly. Seat would lock up while consumer was driving, at times consumer could not wear the seat belt at all. Contacted dealer. The seat belt locks up and strangles consumer. Consumer has a doctors note, so he doesn't have to wear the seat belt. This vehicle came equipped with a non working emergency brake that does not hold the vehicle. Consumers vehicle needs new rotors.
Excessive wear of front brake rotors. Rotors had to be turned twice within nine months, 12,000 -19,000 miles. Dealer notified. Feel free to provide any further information.
