Hard to shift into first gear of neutral from a stopped position on the V6 manual transmission on the 2000 Ford Mustang, also paint is bubbling and cracking on roof in multiple spots, have seen same problem with paint posted for all models Ford from 2000-20005.
While driving at 30 mph, the consumer felt that the vehicle had no power and was unresponsive. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic, who informed the consumer that two engine mounting bolts were loose. The mechanic also had to replace the power steering pump. The manufacturer and the dealer are aware of the problem.
When clutch disengages rpms drop too low and vehicle stalls. Loses all power steering and brakes. Dealer can not identify cause. Consumer adds engine stalls easier if A/C is on, and/or when brakes are applied. Dealer replaced powertrain control module and mass air flow, but problem still exist. Also consumer is a hearing metallic ticking noise on cold engine. Air bladder deflates after 1/2 hour. Dealer replaced seat air bladder. Drivers side front and back window will not seal after rolling up at times.
