I took the car in to have the rear suspension knuckle replaced and my vehicle comes out with a faulty brake calliper. Something is wrong wtih the proceedure in fixing this knuckle or the technicians working on the vehicles are carless. I have read different messages on on blue oval message board about individuals have problems with their rear wheel brakes involving the caliper assembly and or rotor locking up.
I was in reverse traveling atbout 3-5 miles per hour. There was a loud hop and then the front passenger side dropped about 6" inche down.both fp/S ball joints hopped out. This could have been a very bad thing at 55/70 miles per hour! Ford repaired this under warranty but I qustion how many others and if the drivers side could come apart as well?
