Ok can anyone give me a hand here? While driving my vehicles headlights flash on and off while driving or sitting.. only sometimes. And while sitting at stoplights its seems to idle strange and almost dies while making some strange whining noise all at the same time!! I need to figure out the problem. Anyone reading please give me a hand
