While driving vehicle unexpectedly accelerates to very high rpms without warning, causing loss of vehicle control. Also, brakes fail to stop vehicle, even when brake pedal is forced down, cause unknown.
While pulling out of a parking lot vehicle suddenly accelerated and crashed into rear end of another vehicle. Consumer had brakes applied in an attempt to stop vehicle, leaving skid marks on road. Manufacturer informed consumer that his vehicle was not included in any recall for throttle control cable. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
When turning and applying brakes vehicle to jerks to the opposite direction. Dealer notified, and problem still reoccurring. Please feel free to provide any further details.

Hand brake pulls all the way up, without engaging. Has done this approx. 4 or 5 times. Dealer looked at it twice. Fist time can not find reason. Second time they blaimed in on debris ie papers into system. Brake failed again within week of being checked out by dealer.
Intermittently when brakes were applied on wet surfaces pedal went to the floor, resulting in extended stopping wihich caused several accidents. Dealer has inspected vehicle, and was not able to duplicate problem.
Whenever the brakes are applied, it effects the steering, causing it to pull back towards the center when making left or right turns. Took vehicle to dealership & informed by mechanic it was normal operation even though problem can be resolved. The brakes & steering are on same pump & problem is steadily getting worse.

While driving and stepping on brakes pedal brakes will not work properly. Also, while vehicle was parked with first gear (manual trans.) and with emergency brakes on, transmission jumped out of gear, but brakes did not hold, and vehicle rolled back, crashing.
3 problems, brakes shudder and car jumps forward upon braking, upon acceleration when foot remove from gas pedal car continues to accelerate, lights on dash board randomly go off and on ie. O/D light and service engine light.
When applying the brakes pedal goes to the floor and the brakes shake. Also, the vehicle jumps forward after coming to a complete stop. Dealer cant duplicate the problem.
When the brakes are applied vehicle pulls to the right, and the pedal goes to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance. Dealer has repaired the brakes 4 times. Manufacturer has been notified.
Consumer was driving to work and it was raining that day. A tire slipped off of the pavement and hit against the curb. Consumer put car into 4th gear and then into 2nd gear to slow down. She hit the gas pedal and car hit a 12foot embankment. Then swerved across the street and went into a barbed wire fence. Took a whole tree landing down. Upon impact, driver's/passenger's air bags failed to deploy.
