After another vehicle crashed into front left fender of consumer's vehicle which traveling an estimated 30 to 40 mph accelerator stuck / and vehicle would not stop. Driver had to turn key in the ignition off and put gear in neutral. Vehicle was stopped approximately 150 yards away from original point of contact from the crash. When vehicle was restarted, accelerator was still stuck, and vehicle had to be towed. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
While traveling cruise control will unexpectedly fail. Rpms for engine will increase, causing vehicle to slow down on its own. Transmission has been rebuilt twice for this problem. Please provide any additional information / attachments.
While driving at 55 mhp just as the vehicle was about to shift into third gear it suddenly accelerated to 80mph on its own, leaving it stuck in between gears. To stop consumer put the vehicle in neutral and shut the engine off. Dealer has been contacted.
When driving vehicle reaches 40-45mph RPM's, moves but does not accellerate. Vehicle must be completely stopped before attempting to drive again. Dealer contacted and cannot remedy the problem. Problem still exists. Provide further information.

The accelerator pedal stuck and went into full throttle. Driver was not able to stop vehicle when applying the brakes. The driver hit a crub and then hit a tree head on. The vehicle has been repaired.
