Have a 2023 Ford Maverick, the wiring harnesses are wrapped with a soy based material, I had a rodent eat through it and chewed the wiring harness into, I have 3 year 30,000 mile warranty which says is covered bumper to bumper, but a rodent chewing through their soy based wire coating is not covered you have to pay to have that fixed yourself with the same exact soy based wire coating and stand the chance of having the same thing happen again, the fix is to spray it with peppermint because the rodents don't like it. I mean really come on Ford
